• Design wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to understand their workflows and translate them into intuitive interfaces
• Create brand identities for products, including logos, color palettes, typography and usage guidelines
• Build and maintain a shared design system and component library so our products feel consistent
• Run lightweight user research and gather feedback from internal users
• Prepare clean design handoffs and work with developers through implementation
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and real usage Required Qualifications A strong portfolio showing both interface design and brand or visual identity work Proficiency in Figma (or similar) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture and accessibility
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, admin panels or monitoring tools
- Ability to explain design decisions and work well with technical, non-design colleagues
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently Nice to have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in front-end frameworks
- Experience building design systems from scratch
- Basic motion design or illustration skills
