ODDO BHF Tunis is looking for a Senior Full Stack Azure & Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop enterprise-grade applications based on Azure Cloud, Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. This role focuses on solution design, software engineering and AI implementation within a highly regulated banking environment. The successful candidate will work closely with IT Operations, Security, Business and Architecture teams, while strictly respecting segregation of duties principles. *

Key Responsibilities
* Solution Design
- Design scalable and secure Azure-native application architectures.
- Define technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Design AI-powered applications using RAG, MCP and multi-agent architectures.
- Contribute to technical studies, POCs and architecture decisions. Application Development
- Develop backend services using Python, FastAPI and REST APIs.
- Develop modern frontends using Angular and TypeScript, in alignment with internally supported frontend technologies.[BC1]
- Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms.
- Ensure software quality through Test Driven Development, automated testing, code reviews, ADO pipelines and CI/CD best practices. Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Design and implement AI assistants and agent-based solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Implement prompt engineering, orchestration and agent communication patterns.
- Measure AI quality through evaluation, observability and monitoring frameworks. *Required Skills*
- Software Engineering Python (expert), FastAPI, Angular and TypeScript, SQL and PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development and automated testing practices, with knowledge of React or Vue.js considered a plus.
- Azure & Cloud plus ADO pipelines, Git workflows, branching strategies and pull request practices, Terraform, Openshift or equivalent.
- AI Technologies LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Vector Databases, LLM Integration and Evaluation Frameworks.
- Banking Environment Expectations -Strong awareness of security, compliance and audit requirements. -Understanding of CloudOps, monitoring, deployment and operational constraints. -Ability to design operable solutions while leaving production operations, infrastructure administration and platform management to dedicated CloudOps and Infrastructure teams. *Profile* The target profile is a Senior Engineer or Lead Developer with strong Azure, Full Stack and Agentic AI expertise, capable of designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions in a regulated banking environment. The candidate should demonstrate strong engineering discipline, autonomy, clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT Operations, Security, Architecture and business stakeholders.
