• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements
• Preparing ingredients and monitoring stock levels
• Properly storing, labelling, and rotating food products
• Keeping workstations and kitchen equipment clean and organized
• Working with chefs and other kitchen staff during service
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time
