Role Description We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Product Manager to join our Medico-Marketing team in Tunis. As a Junior Product Manager, you will help manage existing products, drive brand establishment, and contribute to new product launches. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, ensuring strong alignment with our commercial and medical objectives, and supporting the team to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide product training and scientific knowledge to the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped with communication and technical skills.
- Track competitor products, conduct competitor and SWOT analyses, and develop strategies to counter competitor strengths and exploit weaknesses.
- Work closely with other Product Managers to develop clear, forward-looking product integration and transition/end-of-life strategies adapted to the local market.
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs department to prepare meetings, scientific symposiums, and conferences involving key stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain processes to capture, analyze, and act upon consumer and stakeholder feedback.
- Carry out special assignments based on the instructions of the direct superior, usually connected to core activities or company policy. Required Skills & Profile Academic Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacology, Sciences, or any related discipline. Work Experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory processes, and compliance requirements.
- High dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Sound knowledge of marketing materials development and compliance. Languages
- Excellent command of both English and French (written and spoken). Soft Skills & Competencies
