TeamCenter IT Support

Forvia Informatique Tunisie, FIT, a leader in the automotive sector, is looking for a TeamCenter IT Support / Administrator to join our Global System Services & System Operations department The main missions are to:
- PLM Application Support -Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions. -Keep a good level of knowledge/understanding of PLM landsape to be able to Identify and resolve bottlenecks in relation with Application architecture, developments, interfaces or infrastructure. -Be able to reproduce each use cases in contact with the business users -Ensure TeamCenter settings are consistent with the editor roadmap and evolutions of the TeamCenter releases -Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system usage and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and consistency within the system -Support business actors in data quality monitoring, corrections -Deliver corrective scripts or methods to solve data quality issues and implement them for mass data updates.
- Integration & Support -Perform the integration and monitor Teamcenter data integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CAD tools etc ). -Check and correct the existing interfaces -Ensure technical expertise on the TeamCenter connectors with 3rd party application -Analyse / correct incidents and anticipate with the existing monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, logs ….) -Provide developments to fix the issues (code, scripts, update interfaces…) -Apply SCM best practises
- Documentation / Knowledge base -Create and maintain system technical documentation, guidelines.
- Collaboration -Collaborate with Siemens support or external consultants for advanced troubleshooting. -Collaborate with Business analysts teams for requests management -Collaborate with other IT departments to align PLM strategy with company goals.
- Project Support -Provide technical expertise and support for PLM initiatives. -Stay aware of the latest Teamcenter releases and best practices. -Attend relevant training courses and conferences to keep a good level of knowledge. -Keep the good level of understanding of the engineering business activities.

Qualifications:

- Education level: Bachelor / Master’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
3 years of Teamcenter administration and technical support (knowledges of new versions should be appreciated)
- Technical understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model and administration tools -Teamcenter 2512 -BMIDE, StyleSheet -Deployment Center -API and TeamCenter Connectors (T4S suite ....) -Teamcenter Active Workspace, Teamcenter Visualization, and other Teamcenter modules. -Familiar with CAD Integration -Linux scripting, Java -Other technical tools : SCM, CI/CD, Eclipse, AzureDevops, SonarQube, Redhat 9, SQL databases, Postman, Kubernetes, Grafana
- Communication skills, being able to explain technical constraint to end users
- Pedagogy, being able to drive/explain development to ensure best practices
- Curiosity, willing to understand the FORVIA business and how our users are using the solution
