Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes
- Design test strategies, test plans, and validation scenarios
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases
- Lead and mentor QA team members on technical topics
- Identify, document, and track defects and non-conformities
- Review technical and functional specifications
- Ensure product quality and compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with product, R&D, business analysts, and delivery teams
- Produce clear and regular quality and progress reports Profile & Requirements
- Engineering degree or strong IT background
- Solid experience in software QA and test automation roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices
- Good understanding of quality standards, QA processes, and tools
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, GitLab, Cucumber, Postman, Jira (or equivalents)
- Strong programming skills (Java, JavaScript, Python) and solid SQL knowledge
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance test design, automate test generation, improve defect analysis, optimize test coverage, and increase QA productivity **What do
