We are looking for a
Product Marketing, Launch & Project Manager
to own the commercial success and execution of our new product launches.
This is a marketing-first, execution-driven role. You will not formulate products — you will define what we launch, why it matters, who it’s for, and how it sells, while owning coordination and project management across marketing, operations, R&D, QA, and supply chain.
You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders and act as the single point of accountability for product launches.
About the role

You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders and act as the single point of accountability for product launches. What you will do: 1. Product strategy & positioning (marketing-first)
- Define product-market fit, ICP, and differentiation for each new SKU
- Build clear product narratives: hero benefits, claims hierarchy, proof points
- Lead competitive and trend analysis to validate opportunities
- Challenge assumptions and say no to weak ideas early 2. Product briefs & scope control (core responsibility)
- Create and own non-negotiable product briefs including:
- target price, cost, and margin
- claims & substantiation level
- packaging format and constraints
- channel strategy (DTC / retail / B2B)
- Lock scope and prevent last-minute drift
- Ensure all teams are aligned before development or scale-up 3. Project management & cross-functional coordination (CRITICAL)
- Own the end-to-end product development and launch timeline
- Break launches into clear milestones:
- brief validation
- packaging development
- costing & margin validation
- pilot / scale-up
- QA & regulatory sign-off
- launch readiness
- Coordinate and align:
- formulation / R&D
- marketing & creative
- operations & production
- supply chain & procurement
- QA / regulatory
- Run weekly product & launch meetings
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and resolve them proactively
- Use project management tools (Asana / ClickUp / Monday) to track progress and accountability 4. Packaging, naming & claims ownership
- Own product naming and front-of-pack messaging
- Work closely with QA/regulatory to ensure compliant, sellable claims
- Ensure packaging:
- is conversion-driven
- supports ads and PDPs
- is channel-appropriate (DTC vs retail) 5. Launch orchestration
- Build detailed launch plans from concept to go-live
- Coordinate with marketing teams on:
- PDP content
- paid media messaging
- email/SMS flows
- influencer / PR needs
- Align inventory, production, and demand forecasts to avoid stock-outs or overproduction 6. Performance tracking & optimization
- Track post-launch KPIs:
- conversion rate
- CAC vs baseline
- revenue vs forecast
- retention and repeat
- Lead post-launch reviews
- Decide whether to iterate, reposition, or discontinue products Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or launch/project management
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches
- Strong marketing and positioning instincts
- Highly structured and execution-oriented
- Comfortable enforcing deadlines and holding teams accountable
- Commercially minded (pricing, margins, ROI)
- Excellent communicator across creative, technical, and operational teams Nice to have
- Experience in cosmetics, wellness, CPG, or regulated industries
- Experience working with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams
- Familiarity with Stage-Gate or structured NPI processes
- Hands-on experience with Asana or similar tools How success is measured
- On-time, on-scope launches
- Launch conversion rate and revenue vs forecast
- Gross margin at launch
- Quality of product briefs and execution discipline
- Reduction of last-minute changes and delays Why join us
- High-impact role with direct access to the CEO
- Real ownership over both what gets launched and how
- Fast-growing, innovation-driven environment
- Opportunity to shape the product roadmap and execution standards
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note explaining:
- one product you successfully launched, and
- one project that was complex to coordinate — and how you managed it Only candidates with hands-on product launch and project coordination experience will be considered.
