Head of CIP Jemmel Plant

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Continuous Improvement (CIP) to lead the plant's continuous improvement strategy and drive operational excellence across all functions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking , and a proven ability to identify improvement opportunities , deliver sustainable performance gains, and develop employees' capabilities in Lean and operational excellence methodologies. Your Mission
- Act as the main internal and external point of contact for Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP).
- Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.
- Manage and deploy Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and performance.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects and ensure sustainable results.
- Coach, train, and develop employees on Lean and continuous improvement practices.
- Define and monitor action plans, responsibilities, and timelines for improvement initiatives.
- Manage the CIP team, including coaching, performance management, and personnel development.
- Plan and control the departmental budget and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and standardize processes, methods, and tools to support operational excellence.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to identify improvement potential and drive change.
- Monitor, analyze, and report process optimization results to management.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
- Support risk assessment, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety initiatives.
- Drive sustainable performance improvements aligned with plant and company strategic objectives. What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or more in a technical, or professional certification with several (3 to 5) years of experience in a specialized field (or equivalent ).
- 5 years or more of experience in the automotive industry field.
- Proficient in English Language
- Proficiency in IT tools Additional Knowledge And Competencies
- Knowledge of Lean Management Methods and Principles
- SO 14001 basic training
- ISO 45001 basic training
- Leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution
