We are looking for a Sales Manager SaaS to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, proactive and possess excellent communication skills. The SDR will engage with prospective customers, build relationships, and qualify leads through targeted outreach efforts. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in establishing rapport and creating interest in our SaaS solutions.


The role includes all activities of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales deals. The operational responsibilities of this position include the following:


  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities
  • Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails and social media to identify and engage with potential customers
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to gather relevant information and tailor outreach efforts
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and assess fit for our SaaS solutions
  • Document lead interactions and update CRM system with accurate and detailed information
  • Manage and prioritize lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales funnel
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, progress, and insights to sales leadership
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, demonstrating professionalism, credibility, and value
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions, positioning them as solutions to their business challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for prospects, offering insights and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
    • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Proficiency in CRM and Email Marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly, ) and sales productivity tools
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong attention to detail while maintaining sight of the big picture
    • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
