Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Générale Assistance recherche un DATA PROJECT MANAGER pour rejoindre notre équipe. MISSIONS : 

  • Conception et pilotage des projets de structuration de données de Générale Assistance

    • Sous la supervision du DSI et la DG, animation d’une équipe de Data Scientists/Data Analysts sur toutes les étapes du traitement des données de l’entreprise.
    • Amélioration de l’existant en terme d’exploitation de Data et proposition des solutions alignées aux orientations stratégiques en terme de data de Générale Assistance
    • Mise à jour permanente sur les technologies et langages utilisés dans le but de partager les connaissances et aider à l’avancement du projet.
    • Recueillir les besoins en matière de collecte et de stockage de données auprès des différents services de l’entreprise
    • Développement d’une stratégie de valorisation de l’architecture data (orienter les actions à mener)
    • Définition de la roadmap d’actions à mener, la structuration et le contrôle de la tache de collecte et d’analyse de données.
    • Veille à la cohérence des données et de leur fiabilité dans les différents domaines métiers
    • Veiller à la sécurité et à la lisibilité des données pour les équipes chargées de l’analyse de celles-ci 
    • Effectuer des analyses décisionnelles à partir des données traitées (croisement de données et travaux de consolidation)

       

      SAVOIR FAIRE :

    • Maîtrise des langages structurés (Javascript, Scala, Python…),
    • Maîtrise de divers systèmes d’exploitation : Windows, Linux, …
    • Forte connaissances en solutions de bases de données (SQL, PostgreSql, NoSQL…) et en modélisation des données.
    • Forte expertise en stockage de données et les outils ETL.
    • Bonne maîtrise des technologies et architecture du Big Data permettant le traitement et la manipulation de données (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka…)
    • Être orienté résultats et Avoir l’esprit critique
    • Excellent esprit analytique
    • Curieux et rigoureux
    • Esprit d’équipe
    • Au moins 2 ans confirmés dans la mise en place et la gestion des projets Data
