Ces centraless’articulent autour de moteurs à gaz Jenbacher, d’une puissance de 250KW à 9MW,ayant deux applications principales :

  • La cogénération qui consiste à produire chaleur etélectricité en simultanée à partir d’une même source d’énergie : le gaz.
  • L’exploitation du biogaz issu de déchets à partirduquel nous savons produire de l’électricité.

HR - Business Partner H/F 

Votremission :

Le HR Business Partner se charge de l’application de la politique et de la stratégie en matière deressources humaines pour l’entité Tunisienne ainsi que les autres filialesAfrique.

En appui au RRHFrance/Afrique, il conseille les opérationnels, pilote ledéveloppement RH et supervise la gestion et l’administration du personnel.

Vousvoulez savoir que vous devrez faire précisément ?

Encollaboration avec les équipes RH France ;

  • Participer à la définition avec la Direction, de la politique RH en Tunisie/Afrique
  • Piloter le développement des RH en Tunisie/Afrique (recrutement/formation/gestion des compétences et des talents/gestion des entretiens)
  • Accompagner et conseiller les managers et le personnel
  • Gérer la communication interne et développer les activités sociales
  • Manager localement l’ensemble des projets liées à l’activité RH en Afrique
  • Superviser l’aspect paie ainsi que la gestion du personnel et la conformité
  • Veiller au respect des règles et à la discipline générale de l’entreprise
  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de la relation avec les institutions représentative du personnel le cas échéant
  • Mettre en place et suivre des outils de reporting RH (tableaux de bord).

Profilrecherché :

  • Issu(e) d’une formation Master spécialisé en gestiondes ressources humaines, diplôme d’écoles spécialisées en RH, Ecole de commerceavec option RH, ou équivalent.
  • Avoir minimum 5 ans d’expériences en développement desRH ou poste similaire
  • Très bon niveau en français et un bon niveau en anglais
  • Avoir un bon relationnel
  • À l’écoute
  • Polyvalent(e)
  • Force de proposition
  • Ouvert d’esprit
  • Avoir un sens d’organisation important
