Description du Poste :
Passionné de technologie et prêt à relever de nouveaux défis ? Nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe technique (Tech Lead) - Full Stack Developer pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Mission principale :
Diriger et orienter la vision technique de notre équipe de développement afin d'assurer la conception, la réalisation et la livraison de notre écosystème mobile et web.
Responsabilités clés :
Développement Full-stack :
Concevoir et proposer les solutions répondant aux besoins fonctionnels.Contribuer au développement et/ou accompagner les développeurs en vous assurant de la mise en place des meilleures pratiques de développement (tests unitaires automatisés, patrons de développement modernes)Mettre en place la chaine d'intégration continue automatiser les builds, les tests, les signatures, jusqu'à la distribution sur les stores (Android, iOS, privés)Leadership technique :Définir la feuille de route technologique et promouvoir l'adoption des meilleures pratiques. Participer à la réflexion globale en amont des projets (brief, conseil, cadrage) Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques des projets (user stories)Innovation et veille technologique : Rester à la pointe des dernières tendances et technologies émergentes pour améliorer nos produits et services.Suivre les tendances technologiques, tester les nouvelles approches, patterns, frameworks et investir sur les sujets de veilleManagement d'équipe :
Recruter, encadrer et motiver une équipe technique performante tout en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et stimulant.Encourager la monter en compétences des collaborateurs plus juniors, sur les technos Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift) ou le framework Flutter (en fonction de votre expertise).Compétences requises : Diplomé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs 6+ ans d'expérience dans un poste de leadership technique Expérience avérée dans le développement mobile natif ou plusieurs expériences significatives sur des projets Flutter. Langages de programmation back-end (Node JS ou Nest JS ou .Net ou autre) Vous avez travaillé avec Git. Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et d'intégration. Vous aimez réussir ce que vous entreprenez et vous le réalisez avec soin. Vous aimez essayer de nouveaux composants en faisant de la veille. Vous êtes à l'aise avec le Language de programmation : idéalement Dart/Flutter Vous êtes organisé(e), bien engagé(e), vous avez le sens du travail en équipe et vous avez un très bon niveau de communication
