">Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of P5 Operations Officer, responsible for scrutinizing applications for visa processing.
- This position involves handling customer queries personally or via email, telephone, as well as cash and bank related transactions.
- The selected candidate will record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.
- They will also be responsible for administering logistics related to passport delivery to consulate/applicant/logistic company etc.
- Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures, manuals, and ensuring adherence to environment health and safety policy/objectives are key responsibilities of this role.
