We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the environmental and social sustainability of our renewable energy projects.

As a Renewable Energy Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential environmental and social risks associated with our projects. This includes conducting environmental and social impact assessments, developing environmental and social management systems, and implementing stakeholder engagement plans.

You will also work closely with our project teams and contractors to ensure compliance with international environmental and social standards, including the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental and social risk management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong knowledge of international environmental and social standards, including the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
