Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

As a Civil Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior engineer in coordinating and evaluating tasks and designs related to geotechnical, civil, and structural aspects of projects. Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with topographical, geological, geotechnical, structural, and hydrological due diligence tasks.
• Review country-specific project risks and constraints.
• Provide basic design/analysis of civil-related infrastructure (roads, earthworks, drainage, foundations, etc.).
• Quantify civil quantities for the bill of quantities.
• Contribute to the development of civil engineering templates, tools, and internal processes.
• Scope technical studies.

You will also support the structuring phase of projects by:

• Assisting in basic and detailed design reviews.
• Conducting due diligence investigations on civil-related packages.
• Supporting Supply Chain Management on compilation and evaluation of RFP documents.
• Supporting the Execution Team with planning and alignment of technical aspects of the project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in solar or wind energy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• GIS or AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience working with EPC projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
