IT Infrastructure Expert On-Site

About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team on-site. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office and shop floor systems in a complex environment, adhering to applicable ITSM processes and guidelines.
• The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, provide technical leadership to colleagues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues.
• This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience with 5S methodology, hardware and software asset management, and IT service request and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operation of office and shop floor systems at UATS site
• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues
• Manage local IT jobs and tasks and track detected deviations

Requirements:

• Engineer degree in IT or a Bachelor degree with confirmed experience (3 to 4 years)
• Fluent English, German is a plus
• Knowledge of the field of Automotive is a bonus
