Complaint Management Specialist

As a Complaint Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring top-quality customer care in the dynamic automotive industry.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about problem-solving, quality excellence, and customer satisfaction to join our team.

This role involves providing training and support for personnel on the complaint process across production areas, as well as defining KPIs to evaluate the complaint process.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports assessing complaints based on KPIs, including processing timelines, 8D report completeness, cost tracking, and content accuracy. Share insights with Quality Assurance and site managers.

  • About this Role:
  • Train personnel on the complaint process across production areas.
  • Define KPIs to evaluate the complaint process.
  • Prepare reports assessing complaints based on KPIs, including processing timelines, 8D report completeness, cost tracking, and content accuracy.
Your Qualifications:
  • A university degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the quality area.
  • Proficiency in quality methodologies (Ishikawa, 7 Quality Tools, brainstorming, etc.).
  • Familiarity with customer portals.
  • Excellent proficiency in English Language.
  • Ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and assess process effectiveness.
