We are seeking a creative Design Expert to join our team.

Job Description

As a Design Expert, you will be responsible for producing high-quality animated and static assets in various languages, styles, and sizes for use in our marketing channels.

  • Create engaging design modifications using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for both static and animated creatives.
  • Develop and execute design updates, expansions, and revisions based on existing designs, elevating them within the original concept.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when applying product guidelines and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and design trends, adapting your skills accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes (reviews, buddy checks, etc.).
  • Incorporate art direction and constructive feedback into positive learning experiences and customer experiences.
  • Provide support to graphic designers and art directors.
  • Balance quality and efficiency in individual deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with local and international teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A portfolio demonstrating Animation, typography, layout, and conceptual skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in receiving and applying feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and locations.
  • The desire and ability to learn additional design technologies and applications.
