Job Description

As a Process Consultant, you will analyze and design divisional business requirements to drive growth and efficiency. You will participate in cross-module support and projects globally, collaborating with key users and department heads to gather requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design divisional business requirements
  • Participate in cross-module support and projects globally
  • Assist in defining and streamlining business processes
  • Work with key users and department heads on requirements gathering
  • Perform configuration changes as part of the change management process
  • Document ERP business processes and configuration changes
  • Perform functional testing and support user approval testing
  • Define and document training material and carry out user training
  • Maintain documentation associated with FORS ERP processes
  • Prepare status reports and briefings for management
  • Provide quality first, third level FORS support for IT service ticket resolution
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Min 3 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Knowledge in SD/MM module
  • Very good English language skills
