We seek a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Assistant/X-Ray Tech or Radiology Tech to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver seamless care, communicating effectively about patient needs and preferences.
- Stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in a medical setting.
- Certificate or degree in medical assisting, x-ray technology, or a related field.
- Valid state license to perform x-rays.
- BLS certification.
