We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

• Analyze customer complaints related to mechatronic systems to identify root causes.
• Document complaint findings and actions in our quality management system.
• Collaborate with production and specialist departments to define and implement corrective measures.
• Create analysis reports and 8D reports for customers.
• Monitor and manage customer portals to track complaint progress and feedback.

• Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in analyzing mechatronic and electronic assemblies.
• Solid knowledge of quality and process engineering methodologies.
• Proven experience in direct communication with automotive customers.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and self-management skills.
