Financial Professional Job

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team in Tunisia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial controlling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance, service quality, and efficiency of the outsourced accounting firm to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Organize, review and control monthly group reporting for Tunisian portfolio (5-7 entities) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enforce rigorous controls over the P2P process to ensure compliance and financial prudence before payment execution.
  • Cultivate strategic collaboration with banking partners to optimize payment processes and manage financial transactions effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (Tunisian accounting standards).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial controlling.
