Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions for our clients.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems using NodeJS frameworks such as Nest or Express.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with user-facing applications.
  • Implement REST APIs, database schema design, and data modeling using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker in local and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with NodeJS frameworks (Nest or Express).
  • 3+ years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development.
  • Experience with Docker, REST APIs, and test automation.
  • Prior knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS, or ElasticSearch is a plus.
