Job Summary:We are in search of a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant with a solid track record in leading and implementing digital change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in digital transformation, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to drive business success.Responsibilities:Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.Consult with senior management to identify digital opportunities and develop transformation strategies.Analyze current business processes and technology use to recommend improvements and innovations.Drive the adoption of digital solutions across various business units.Provide expertise in digital technologies and trends to inform decision-making.Facilitate change management processes to support transition to new digital systems.Measure and report on the success of digital transformation initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital transformation role.Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.Strong knowledge of current digital technologies and their business applications.Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
