With more than 30,000 users in 20 countries, Axe Finance is focused on credit process automation for all segments (retail, corporate, microfinance, institutional, Islamic, etc.) delivering tailor-made solutions with real measurable value.
Joining Axe Finance is joining a fast-growing fintech company. We are currently seeking to hire (a) PFE intern(s)
Key Responsibilities:
Refine, optimize, and scale existing AI systems to enhance marketing operations across paid social, organic social, email campaigns, and website content.
Verify and improve AI workflows, focusing on cost efficiency, reliability, and cross-channel applicability.
Design and adapt AI-powered workflows for specific use cases, including brief generation, persona-level content variants, enrichment flows, and intelligence digests.
Ensure alignment with account-based and regional marketing strategies, maintaining compliance with governance standards such as human-in-the-loop review, prompt/version control, and bias safeguards.
Contribute to building a durable, scalable AI playbook that maximizes marketing throughput and personalization potential for Axe Finance.
Candidate Profile Requirements
OpenAI/Claude APIs and prompting fundamentals; JSON schemas and webhooks
n8n and Zapier for orchestration; HubSpot and WordPress integrations
Basic scripting (JavaScript/Python) for connectors and data shaping
Experimental mindset with strong ethics/risk awareness; clear explanations for non-technical peers
Familiarity with WordPress.
Disciplined documentation of prompts, versions, and outcomes; autonomous yet reliable stakeholder updates
