Joining Axe Finance is joining a fast-growing fintech company. We are currently seeking to hire (a) PFE intern(s)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, troubleshoot, and fine-tune the Growth Marketing stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, workflows, dashboards, lead scoring models, and cross/upsell triggers) to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Audit lifecycle stages and maintain data hygiene, including standardisation, deduplication, enrichment, and validation.

  • Pressure-test and optimise funnel workflows (MQL→SQL hand-offs, SLAs, lead-to-account matching) to strengthen lead management and handover efficiency.

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of executive and operational dashboards by analysing funnel health, velocity, and conversion metrics.

  • Refine behavioural and firmographic scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, adjusting thresholds and documenting use cases.

  • Contribute to strengthening an enterprise-level Growth Marketing engine; enhancing its resilience, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Own a critical role in supporting revenue growth through structured marketing operations and data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile Requirements

  • HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n; data cleaning and normalisation (Sheets/Excel; basic SQL a plus)

  • Dashboarding and KPI design (GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent)

  • Lead qualification and scoring frameworks; funnel analytics literacy

  • Structured problem-solving, attention to detail, crisp documentation/versioning

  • Cross-functional alignment with Sales/CS; clear analytical storytelling for non-technical audiences
