What You Will Do:
- Communicate with leads via calls, chats, and emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Actively seek out and engage new potential clients
- Promote and sell hospitality-related services to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Sales oriented personality
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in sales in hospitality sector
