- Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
- Translate business problems into structured data questions and analytical approaches.
- Evaluate data quality and suggest improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
- Conduct statistical analysis and build models to support forecasting, segmentation, or performance measurement.
- Test hypotheses and interpret results to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.
- You possess an advanced degree, ideally a PHD, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- You have at least 7 years of experience, ideally within a Data Scientist role.
- Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar languages, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
- Strong SQL and database skills, with experience in data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience deploying models into production and monitoring performance at scale.
