About the Role

You will leverage your strong collaboration skills and ability to extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets and to ask the right questions and find the right answers.

• Analyze raw data, assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
• Conducting research, experimentation, forward-looking insights, predictive modelling and machine learning algorithm to new and existing business problems
• Building best-in-class machine learning AI forecasting solutions at scale
• Implementing code (Python, R, Scala, etc.) for analyzing data and building statistical models to solve specific business problems
• Working closely with the software engineering teams to bring analytical prototypes and algorithms to production
• Translating analytic insights into concrete and actionable recommendations for business and product improvement
• Creating technical documentations (solutions, architecture, technologies, applied algorithms, etc.)
• Managing and executing entire project from start to finish including problem solving, data gathering, data preparation and manipulation, predictive modelling, and stakeholder engagement

About You

• You would have a Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science etc.)
• Must have 5+ years commercial experience post graduation in the technologies we seek
• Fluency in programming languages (Python, R, Java & SQL)
• Practice good coding techniques (re-usability of code, code optimized for performance, documentation etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL irrespective of the DB flavour
• Deep understanding of predictive modelling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
• Liaising with various members of the SDLC ecosystem to ensure smooth development to deployment processes
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
• Very good verbal and written English
• You should be apt at problem solving, finding solutions, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• You must have a positive attitude, patient, goal seeker, open to improvements
• Great team work, collaborative approach, inquisitive and a good listener
