Job Title:Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Reports to: Software Engineering Director

Key interactions: R&D Department, Data Science Department, Marketing Department and Sales Department.

Role Description:

Are you passionate about driving innovation and performance at scale? As a Senior DevOps Engineer at MASS Analytics, you'll be at the heart of our technology ecosystem; building and optimizing the systems that power our products. From CI/CD pipelines to cloud deployments, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and fast.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, deploy, and monitor applications on on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions and infrastructure.
  • Automate deployments and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
  • Test and refine processes and deployments to minimize errors.
  • Develop containerized environments to support scalable products.
  • Build tools to improve system reliability and user experience.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Define and maintain troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve complex infrastructure and security challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps engineering
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, e.g. Azure/AWS/GCP (mandatory)
  • Mastery of Docker architecture, containerization, and CI/CD tools
  • Proven experience in MLOps practices, integrating machine learning models into scalable, secure production environments is a great plus
  • Comfortable working with Bitbucket, Git, Confluence, and Jira
  • Familiarity with platforms like Databricks is a strong advantage
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Clear communicator able to explain complex technical concepts simply and effectively.

Educational Background:

  • Bsc/BA in Business IT, Business Systems Engineering, IT, Information system or any relevant degree.
