Als CARE-Mitarbeiter bearbeitest Du Anfragen an den Kundenservice, die unsere Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Seitennavigation betreffen und zeigst dabei stets Professionalität und Effektivität.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du beantwortest auf freundliche und angemessene Art Kundenanfragen über Telefon, Chat, E-Mail und andere Kommunikationskanäle.
Du stellst eine korrekte Diagnose von Kundenanfragen und findest eine angemessene und effektive Lösung basierend auf vordefinierten Handlungsprozessen.

Du nutzt dabei die geeigneten Systeme, Software und weitere Mittel, die bei der Beantwortung der Anfragen notwendig sind.

Du unterstützt und kommunizierst auf höfliche Weise sachkundige Informationen an alle internen und externen Kunden.

Du nimmst an bereichsübergreifenden Mitteilungen und Meetings teil, um das Team, die Abteilung oder deine Zentrale zu unterstützen.

Du bist bereit auch zusätzliche Aufgaben anzunehmen.

Dein Profil:

Fließend und verhandlungssicher in Deutsch (gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift C1)

Mindestens ein (1) Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice

Optimalerweise bringst Du Erfahrung in einem Multi-Channel Kundenservice mit.

Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, exzellenten Kundenservice zu bieten, während Du mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig erledigst.

Erfahrung mit Grafikdesign- oder Fotodesignsoftware ist von Vorteil.
