Do you speak German (C1) and are you looking to work abroad? You're reading the right job posting - we offer an Customer Support Advisor position in Athens, Greece, with a pioneering multinational technology firm, and our client provides VISA Support and a huge relocation package including 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation for 1-bedroom apartment accommodation We are looking for people to start in July and August.
What we offer you
You will be trained and guided continuously by your managers and team. You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, and work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.
Relocation package
- Relocation Cash bonus: 100 in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1
month. - 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation for 1-bedroom apartment.
- Assistance with finding permanent accommodation.
- Assistance with visa, work permit issuance and social and tax registrations.
- Reimbursement up to 455 for fees and visa costs.
- Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300) and transportation from airport (up to
50).

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Handle order-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve complex order-related issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Continuously strive to improve order support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1) both written and spoken
- B2 level in English
- Strong communication skills
