Descrizione del ruolo: 

  • In qualità di Outbound Inside Sales Agent dovrai vendere una gamma di prodotti National Pen ai clienti già esistenti tramite telefonate outbound. Lo farai contattando i clienti ed utilizzando un file precaricato. In tal modo, fornirai ai nostri clienti un servizio incredibile, costruendo allo stesso tempo relazioni professionali a lungo termine


Il tuo ruolo consisterà nel:

  • Chiamare i clienti esistenti utilizzando un file precaricato e aumentare le vendite
  • Gestire un database di account non assegnati con obiettivi e prestazioni chiave
  • Garantire che i problemi dei clienti siano trattati in modo efficiente, tenendoli

informati su qualsiasi nuovo prodotto e mantenendo il massimo livello di servizio

  • Assicurarsi che i dettagli degli ordini dei clienti siano caricati correttamente nel sistema in modo diligente ed accurato
  • Raggiungere vendite settimanali, chiamate ed obiettivi di reddito individuali
  • Partecipare alle riunioni settimanali del team, fare brainstorming su nuove idee e tecniche divendita
  • Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata dei nostri prodotti e processi, che sarà supportata daformazione, supporto e coaching
  • Adempiere a qualsiasi altro compito / progetto indicato dal senior management


Cosa ci aspettiamo da te:

  • Italiano fluente
  • Idealmente almeno un anno di esperienza nel settore delle vendite, con una comprensione dell'importanza di costruire relazioni con i decisori
  • Appassionato nell'aiutare il cliente e soddisfare le loro aspettative
  • Eccellente attitudine alla comunicazione e negoziazione
  • Avere le capacità di mantenere la professionalità sotto pressione e gestire le obiezioni in modo adeguato
  • Energetico, ed intraprendente, che eccelle nelle relazioni interpersonali, con una grande capacità di ascolto e disaper fare domande precise
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Excel e altri sistemi Altamente organizzato con grande attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di multitasking
  • Auto-motivato e orientato agli obiettivi e risultati
  • Gli piace lavorare in un ambiente di squadra
  • Un livello accettabile di inglese
