Mission : Superviser et coordonner les interventions des techniciens sur le terrain. Entretenir un relationnel client

Activités principales :

• Interpréter les données (rapports, extractions, analyses…) et préconiser les actions en conséquence
• Soutiens les techniciens pour la réalisation de diagnostics de pannes et la maintenance des équipements.
• Superviser et contrôler sur site les interventions des techniciens
• Veiller à la bonne planification (planning d'interventions) et à la préparation des interventions en coordonnant, le client, les équipes, les sous-traitants et l'approvisionnement en fonction des contraintes contractuelles.
• Dialoguer et conseiller techniquement le client.
• Participer à l'organisation, l'animation, la validation et la mise en œuvre des activités permettant d'atteindre les objectifs du contrat
• Contrôler et participer à l'optimisation de la gestion des stocks du Service
• Organiser des réunions d'animation d'équipe avec les techniciens (management, infos technique support et constructeur, formation)
• Réaliser des audits (techniques, sites, sécurité, outillage)
• Participer au développement commercial de manière proactive
• Gérer en autonomie la collecte et l'analyse des données liées aux moteurs (huiles, production électrique, rapports journaliers) et en assurer la transmission à la clientèle
• Gérer des problèmes techniques, proposer des solutions en respectant les urgences et prioriser les interventions
• Négocier des prix, des délais avec les sous-traitants
• Suivre les différents tableaux des indicateurs
• Suppléer partiellement le responsable de maintenance en son absence
