Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Continuous Improvement Project Leader (F/H) basé sur notre site de Production de Mohamdia.
Le Chef de Projet Amélioration Continue assure l'amélioration continue dans le process des différents départements du site.

Vous animez des ateliers/chantiers d'amélioration continue et suivez la mise en œuvre des actions.
Vous assurez les formations en liaison avec les chantiers des améliorations en cours.
Vous gérez et coordonnez les projets qui vous sont affectés selon les objectifs définis par votre hiérarchie (les gains en productivité, ergonomie, qualité, délais, flux).
Vous analysez le process actuel et proposez les projets d'amélioration.
Vous participez à des projets globaux d'amélioration continue.
What will convince us
Diplômé(e) Bac+5, vous avez une expérience en production, méthodes, organisation ou Lean Manufacturing de 3 années minimum
Une certification Green / Black belt en Lean six sigma serait appréciée. Des connaissance des outils d'amélioration continue tels que Lean manufacturing, six sigma et TOC sont indispensables
Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion des projets en milieu industriel
Maitrise des outils d'analyse de risque et de défaillances (AMDEC)
Bonnes connaissances informatique : SAP, MS OFFICE, MSProject
Maitrise des normes et procédures ISO9001, BPF, BPD.
Savoir utiliser les divers canaux de communication de l'entreprise
Être capable d'animer des équipes et de conduire des changements organisationnels
Maitrise des langues étrangères : Français et Anglais
