To enrich our Purchasing department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d'El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as
Plant Buyer
Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- Min 3 years in the same position
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Interest in continuous improvement
- Fluent English
- Flexible, organizational skills und Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execution of local purchasing tasks in coordination with Lead Buyer and Purchasing Manager Location
- Local market research for commodities IT, services and tooling
- Local customs declaration and fiscal declaration ( quarterly, yearly basis)
- Operational supplier management
- Close communication and coordination with Commodity Manager & Lead Buyer
- Execution of local purchasing tasks and global purchasing targets
- Alignment of price, cost & project related topics with CM & Lead Buyer (e.g. through Lead Buyer concept)
- Support CM & Lead Buyer in annual price negotiations
- Maintenance of purchasing data of the location
- Execute purchasing requisitions and purchase orders day-by-day
- Invoice verification / clarifying price differences
- Handle escalations of quality and logistics issues at the locationCoordinate purchasing subjects in projects of
- the plant in alignment with Lead Buyer and Commodity Manager
- Conduct and communicate supplier evaluation out of plant perspective
- Local contract management
