Notre client, acteur en pleine expansion dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables, développe des solutions technologiques innovantes pour transformer le paysage énergétique européen. Dans le cadre de sa forte croissance, il recherche un(e) Growth Manager ambitieux(se) et créatif(ve), capable de construire des stratégies d'acquisition scalables et durables.

Tasks

Vos missions

En lien direct avec les fondateurs et les équipes marketing/produit, vous serez en charge de :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de croissance multicanal centrée sur la performance.
  • Piloter les campagnes d'acquisition client (paid, email, SEO, automation...).
  • Utiliser la data pour identifier des leviers d'optimisation sur le funnel de conversion.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes sales et produit pour détecter des opportunités de croissance.
  • Expérimenter des tactiques de growth hacking créatives et mesurables.
  • Améliorer la notoriété de la marque et la qualité de l'engagement client.
  • Suivre et améliorer les KPI commerciaux et marketing.
  • Assurer un reporting clair et régulier des résultats de croissance.
Requirements

Profil recherché :

Niveau conversationnel en anglais (obligatoire)

Expérience confirmée en growth hacking ou dans un poste similaire (minimum deux ans), idéalement dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables

Compétences en génération de leads

Maîtrise des outils Meta, Google et de l'email marketing

Solides compétences analytiques et forte sensibilité aux données

Créativité et esprit innovant pour imaginer des stratégies de croissance non conventionnelles

Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome comme en équipe
