To expand our presence and strengthen our position, we need a Software Project Manager Assistant to support the Software Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time.

Profile :

• Having a diploma in Software Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Having a proven experience (2 years) in project management or coordination, preferably within software delivery or IT.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
  

Missions :

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  
• Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  

2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  
• Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly, escalating to senior managers as needed.
  
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards, implementing best practices for software development and delivery.
  

3. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and concerns.
  
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews, preparing and distributing progress reports and documentation.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  

4. Quality Assurance and Delivery:

• Work closely with team members to ensure rigorous testing and validation of deliverables.
  
• Coordinate deployment activities, collaborating with operations and support teams for successful rollout and integration.
  

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  
• Generate insightful reports and presentations for project stakeholders and senior management.
