En tant que Delivery Manager, vous portez l'engagement du delivery DECADE vis-à-vis de nos clients.
Sous la responsabilité d'un Business Manager Senior (Dirigeant & Membre du Comité de direction de DECADE), vous accompagnez nos clients dans la réussite de leurs projets de commerce en ligne.
Les Missions en tant que Delivery Manager :
La Gestion de projet
Organiser les ressources, planifier, chiffrer et prioriser les sujets
Concevoir les ateliers de cadrage et challenger les spécifications
Gérer des risques et résolution de crises pendant la phase de production
Organiser la recette
Assurer la livraison réussie des projets e-commerce dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité
L'animation des parties prenantes
Animer les réunions de comité projet et de comité de pilotage.
Interagir avec les partenaires et les clients.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles pour garantir la cohérence et l'efficacité des solutions mises en place
Reporter régulièrement à la direction et aux interlocuteurs côté client.
Le Management
Encadrer les équipes techniques et opérationnelles (CPT, CPO, développeurs ), en veillant à la motivation et au développement des compétences de chacun
Challenger l'équipe pour améliorer la performance.
Suivre les KPI de production (planning, budget, qualité, etc.)
