En tant que Delivery Manager, vous portez l'engagement du delivery DECADE vis-à-vis de nos clients.

Sous la responsabilité d'un Business Manager Senior (Dirigeant & Membre du Comité de direction de DECADE), vous accompagnez nos clients dans la réussite de leurs projets de commerce en ligne.

Les Missions en tant que Delivery Manager  :

La Gestion de projet

  • Organiser les ressources, planifier, chiffrer et prioriser les sujets

  • Concevoir les ateliers de cadrage et challenger les spécifications

  • Gérer des risques et résolution de crises pendant la phase de production

  • Organiser la recette

  • Assurer la livraison réussie des projets e-commerce dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité

L'animation des parties prenantes

  • Animer les réunions de comité projet et de comité de pilotage.

  • Interagir avec les partenaires et les clients.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles pour garantir la cohérence et l'efficacité des solutions mises en place

  • Reporter régulièrement à la direction et aux interlocuteurs côté client.

Le Management

  • Encadrer les équipes techniques et opérationnelles (CPT, CPO, développeurs ), en veillant à la motivation et au développement des compétences de chacun

  • Challenger l'équipe pour améliorer la performance.

  • Suivre les KPI de production (planning, budget, qualité, etc.)
