Service Delivery Manager Annuities(Back Office - Order Processing + Customer Service)TASKSIndependent support of national and international new and existing customers and their IP portfolios (no acquisition activities)Point of contact between customers and internal departments Build strong and positive relationships with customers at various levelsIndependent manual and electronic order processing of national and international property right renewals incl. data recording and control for patents, utility models, designs and trademarksOngoing monitoring of annual fee renewals and related document managementData research in national and international IP databasesQuickly and professionally process customer orders & requests while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and individual contractsCorrespondence in English (mainly in writing) with international customers and internal stakeholdersRegular processing of individual inquiries and smaller projectsActive participation in the achievement of business objectivesPROFILESeveral years of professional experience in demanding customer and order management, preferably in a service environment regularly requiring explanationPractical work experience in IP and deadline managementIndependent, reliable, detail-oriented and preciseSolution-oriented and structured way of workingCommitment, initiative and distinct ability to work in a teamStrong communication skills and quick comprehensionFluent in written and spoken English (with colleagues), other foreign languages are an advantageConfident handling of MS-Office and a strong affinity for ITWE OFFERAn interesting, varied, autonomous task in an international environmentPleasant and open team atmosphereFuture-oriented service company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths==> This role is for a team member not a managerial position.
