As a Finance Assistant, you will be the backbone of our financial operations for key international projects. This isn't just about processing numbers; it's about ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of a truly global company. You'll be the crucial link between vendors, internal teams, and our core finance function, making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll go beyond basic tasks to become a trusted member of our international finance team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning the Procure-to-Pay Cycle: Take charge of processing and verifying vendor invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• Building Strong Partnerships: Maintain flawless vendor records and serve as a key point of contact for vendor inquiries, building strong professional relationships.
• Safeguarding Financial Integrity: Perform critical bank reconciliations and assist in month-end/year-end closing activities to ensure our financial data is impeccable.
• Enabling Data-Driven Decisions: Support the preparation of clear and insightful financial reports that help leadership understand project performance.
• Championing Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline financial procedures and enhance efficiency across our international operations.

What You'll Bring (The Essentials):

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Tech-Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with accounting software like [Insert Software Name - e.g., QuickBooks].
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (C1) and French (B2+). Arabic language skills are a great advantage.
• A proven ability to work remotely from Tunisia, with a dedicated workspace and a stable internet connection.
• An eagle eye for detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to expertly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
