Description du poste

Mission principale :

  1. Exécuter les opérations de production
  2. Assure le processus de fabrication selon les modes opératoire et fiches techniques depuis la préparation et le démarrage des opérations  jusqu'à leur clôture afin d'assurer la conformité de celle-ci et le respect des plannings de production.
  3. Effectue le contrôle qualité nécessaire en vérifiant la conformité des produits en cours de fabrication ( visuelles , mesurables) afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs.
  4. Effectue les opérations de maintenance de premier niveau  basique (nettoyage, calibrage, remplacement de pièces simples, lubrification) et signaler les pannes comme défini dans le processus interne afin de garantir la disponibilité des machines et atteindre ainsi les objectifs .
  5. Assure l'organisation de son poste de travail : préparation du matériel et rangement conformément aux règles définies afin d'assurer un cadre de travail propice à la performance 
  6. Respecte strictement les procédures d'hygiène de sante et de sécurité selon les procédures écrites afin déviter tout risque sur sa santé et sécurité et celles de ses collègues .
