This project aims to Build an advanced behavior analytics system that records user interactions, processes them into behavioral profiles, and visualizes insights for improving customer experience.Problem Statement Organizations lack actionable insights into how users interact with web platforms. Without accurate behavioral profiling, optimizing UX and customer journeys becomes guesswork.Methodology for Solution • Integrate OpenReplay to capture and replay user sessions (clicks, scrolls, navigation). • Process session data using Python analytics pipelines to generate behavioral profiles. • Use WSO2 Identity Server for identity linking and privacy -compliant data collection. • Visualize insights using Grafana dashboards for marketing and UX teams.Expected Deliverables • Fully functional user session recording system. • Behavioral profiling engine for interaction -based analytics. • Visualization dashboards with dynamic insights. RequirementsMust Have • Proficiency in JavaScript and React for front -end event tracking and interface development. • Experience integrating OpenReplay or equivalent tools for user session recording. • Competence in Python for data processing, analytics, and behavioral profiling. • Experience using WSO2 Identity Server for secure identity mapping and privacy -compliant tracking. • Knowledge of PostgreSQL for structured data storage and querying. • Ability to create data visualization dashboards using Grafana.Nice to Have • Understanding of data anonymization and GDPR compliance principles. • Experience with machine learning or behavioral clustering algorithms for advanced profiling. • Familiarity with event -driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Experience integrating analytics systems with marketing automation platforms or CRM tools.
