We own cultivating a winning catalogue of products that delight our customers and are seeking a Product management Specialist for our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts Portfolio (PPAG), who will contribute in ensuring the good quality of all our Product Data and all 3PF New Product Introductions (NPIs) globally.

What You Will Do

• Perform new product integration and configuration leveraging Vistaprint's internal tools, micro services and platform.
• Master excel and technical skills to launch products at scale, interface technical teams to trouble shoot and learn to perform root cause analysis. Master the use of excel formulas and macros.
• Develop into a strong Jira user and able to perform analysis.
• Be comfortable using technical tools that have not been fully released with an easy user interface. Be comfortable writing basic SQL code to extract reports from Jira.
• Leverage product configuration expertise and full exposure to the product integration end to end process.
• Re-engineer the process when needed to make the process faster. Bring up slowness in the process with key stakeholders at the 3PF side or internal teams like Sourcing, Technical support, or others.
• Develop expertise in all aspects of a product launch from PIM configuration to scenes creation and project handle the whole process. Fully responsible for product launches end to end.
• Identify and remediate blockers/impediments using problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Spot when processes & systems need updating based on new information or environment changes.
• Strong work ethic & effective techniques & skills.
• Work with the PPAG teams to constantly inspect & adapt processes and systems, and identify gaps to increase velocity on launched products.
• Interacts with departmental and other team members on matters affecting data and business operations flow.
• Handle product data set up issues received from others department (PSO, PPAG escalations, CARE, Plants).

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors: Economics, Engineering, Analytical.
• 1-3 years of experience in product data management is highly recommended.
• Ability to adapt in a face-paced, constantly evolving environment and an excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion; consistently following through on commitments.
