Product Operations Specialist

The Product Operations Specialist will be working on our brands: Pixartprinting and EasyFlyer.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Perform operational maintenance of websites for different brands using required management software.
  • Configure products using various software tools to ensure accurate representation and functionality.
  • Utilize internal software to configure merchandise according to specifications.
  • Assist in the introduction and release of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and edit product templates using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly product launch targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Italian is a plus.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) is required.
  •  Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  •  Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO is a plus.
  • Ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing content.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complicated situations and find creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented working style with the ability to multitask and stay organized is required.
  • Fast learner who can adapt to changing situations.
  • Display time flexibility to meet project deadlines.
