Account Operation Specialist

Job Mission :
The candidate will have the objective of continuing to develop the portal (Pixartprinting specific website dedicated to Retail and Franchising companies) by adding new products from the Pixartprinting catalogue and graphics provided by the clients, also interfacing with customers to support various needs and requests. The objective will be to increase the orders placed by these customers through the platform.
Responsabilities:
o Contact new customers and prospects through assigned lists and analyze
their potential
o Keep the customer active and manage it for at least 3 months, offering
discounts or following him in his first orders
o Managing consumers who were previously managed by a specialist
account and attempting to regain their trust.
o Organize meetings and interactions with the different account specialists.
o Opportunity to create a workflow with the team and give his personal
feedback to help the developing of a new tool to manage the daily work.
Requirements:
ESSENTIALS:
o Excellent or good knowledge of Italian, English
o Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.
o Experience in managing customers.
o Experience in outbound calls
PREFERRED:
o Experience in negotiating trade agreements.
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas).
o French will be considered a plus

o Desire to learn and study new platforms and techniques;
o Good analytics skills
