Social Media Graphic Designer

Primary responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging content for paid and organic social media channels (including static, carousel, and short-form video formats).
• Support the Brand and Creative Design team with the growing volume of social requests as our global social media presence expands.
• Develop digital assets for social and paid media channels — including Meta
• (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms — ensuring all visuals are optimized for performance and maintain brand consistency.
• Use AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or ) to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate in Figma to build, update, and share mock-ups, templates, and social content systems with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative storytelling to drive engagement and brand affinity across global markets.
• Stay current with emerging social design trends, formats, and technologies.
• Basic animation or motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent) are a strong plus

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital or social media design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred)
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI design tools and prompt-based creative generation
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or the promotional products industry is a plus.
