Context

The intern will join the PIC – Performance Intelligence Center, a team focused on leveraging data and advanced analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making across the company.

Project Objective

The objective of this Senior Project is to design, build, and train an internal AI-driven system capable of:

  • Analyzing the company's internal data,

  • Identifying patterns and performance insights

  • Supporting decision-making by generating recommendations and actionable insights.

The project combines data analysis, data processing, and artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on applying AI to real business use cases.

Main Responsibilities

During the project, the intern will:

  • Explore and analyze internal company data (structured and/or unstructured),

  • Design data processing and feature engineering pipelines,

  • Develop and train AI / machine learning models,

  • Contribute to the creation of an internal AI system that:

o   Assists decision-making,

o   Provides recommendations based on data-driven insights,

  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve results,

  • Collaborate closely with the PIC team to align technical solutions with business needs.

Main Competencies

  • Strong interest in data analysis and data processing,

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries,

  • Interest in AI / Machine Learning concepts,

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to work with real-world business data.

  • Hands-on experience with real company data,

  • Exposure to AI applied to decision-making,

  • Experience working within a Performance Intelligence team,

  • A concrete, high-impact project suitable for a Senior Project (PFE).
