Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales & Promoter for Cosmetic & Medical Products to join our team in Tunis, Tunisia. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of cosmetic and medical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and retail outlets across the region.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic and medical products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
  • Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for medical and cosmetic products
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical or cosmetic product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic and medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Sales certifications are a plus
  • Thorough understanding of the cosmetic and medical products industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
