Collaboration & Change Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to introduce smarter, data-driven ways of working.
  • Support change management and upskilling across the procurement team in automation and AI tools.
  • Act as a champion for digital transformation within the buying and planning function.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
